The94Percent

Welcome to The 94 Percent.

We have a lot to say.

"Black Panther" is Blackity Black and We Love It

"Black Panther" is Blackity Black and We Love It

We've been Issa Rae basically every time someone black is about to achieve greatness, but the level of rooting for black people we're doing in anticipation of the release of Marvel's "Black Panther" movie is basically off the charts.

I mean "Black Panther" has to be the most blackity black move to exist since Selma, and this time it's not about Jim Crow or working to achieve voting rights, but black people's rule in Wakanda, the blackest place on earth, and her crown prince jewel soon-to-be-king and fine ass boo T'Challa (Chad Boseman).

Just look at the cast: Chad Boseman, Angela Bassett, Lupita Nyonga, Forest Whitaker, Daniel Kaluuya, Michael B. Jordan, Florence Kasumba, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Sterling K. Brown, Letitia Wright, John Kani, Phylicia Rashad, Atandwa Kani, Isaach de Bankolé, Sydelle Noel, and so many more I can't write them all. And it was directed by Ryan Coogler, and written by Coogler and Joe Robert Cole.  It's the black world we've been waiting for.

I MEAN HOW MUCH BLACKER CAN “BLACK PANTHER” GET?

Are we the only ones planning our outfits for the movie release and buying tickets to the blackest theater in our area? Because let's face it, we have to watch this in a black theater, with an all-black audience, with our blackest apparel in order to enjoy the full experience of what is "Black Panther."

Check out the new trailer for the "Black Panther" movie below.

And start picking out your outfit for the theater because we're going like this:
